Through guided reflection and group dialogue, we will explore how hope sustains both therapists and clients in difficult times and examine the transformative role it plays in the therapeutic relationship.

Drawing from inner resources and inspiration from myths and symbols associated with seeing in the dark, we will explore the role of insight and creativity in building resilience. This process will encourage participants to embrace intuition as a path toward greater inner clarity and to integrate this wisdom into their therapeutic practice, supporting clients as they navigate their own journeys.
